Cantilever is always used in bridge, but, when it is used in interior design, how will it works?

Winstedt Campus Block A is an attempt to achieve concept of cantilever between exhibition and apartment.

CONCEPT MODEL

A cantilever is a beam supported only at one end, with load carried over the overhanging. This is in contrast to a simply-supported beam, which is supported at both ends.

I chose one point and then add many long hollow cuboids to create the feeling of cantilever.
